Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Production time is usually 4-6 weeks before shipping.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom designed products may have different return conditions. Please review our full return policy for details.

Yes, there is no minimum order requirement, but we do have discounts when ordering in bulk.

We ship ALL orders from our Virginia, USA office via USPS or UPS. Tracking # emailed when we ship. Will ship within 4-6 weeks.

Yes! When you create an account, all your designs are automatically saved to your design library. You can access, edit, and reorder your saved designs at any time from your account dashboard.

Yes, designs saved in 'My Designs' can be shared by copying the link generated by pressing 'Share' on your specific design.
Design & Customization

Our design tool accepts JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) in PNG format with transparent backgrounds.

Our design editor includes a wide selection of fonts. While you cannot upload custom fonts directly, you can create text in your preferred font using external software and upload it as an image.

Yes, you can add logos and designs to any surface of your shirt. Your logo can be added and saved in "My Images" to be used and saved for future use.

All products are custom-designed, dye-sublimated, cut, and hand-sewn and manufactured specifically to your custom design.

No, ALL logos and designs are available for you to use when designing your custom shirt.
