Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

Eligible Items for Return

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Items worn or washed
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Contact our customer service at [email protected]
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Securely pack items in original packaging if available
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip
  • Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Ship to the address provided with your RAN
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking information for reference
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection typically takes 3-5 business days
  • Approved returns will be refunded to original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Contact customer service if you need assistance

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered for defective items

International Returns

For international returns:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customer is responsible for any customs or import fees
  • Please allow additional time for processing

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • Contact us for special gift return instructions
  • Refund will be issued as store credit
  • Gift giver will not be notified of the return

Exceptions

Exceptions to our return policy may be made at our discretion for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Quality issues not apparent at time of purchase
